Mat FundamentalsFundamentals keeps your movement honest – whether you are new to Pilates or have years of experience, this class is a MUST for everyone! Includes foundations & basic Mat exercises.
Advanced MatFor the SERIOUS minded Pilates student. This fast paced class requires the highest level of concentration and discipline as you move through the full Mat series.
Pilates SculptUsing hand weights, this class rapidly progresses through many of the most popular Pilates exercises. Mat experience is strongly recommended.
Pilates with PropsAdd some intensity to your Mat work out with the addition of small props including the Magic Circle, Foam Rollers, Theraband, weights and various exercise balls. This intermediate level class will push you to focus on balance, form, flexibility, and strength.
*TowerThe ULTIMATE class. If you are looking for a challenge, here it is! Using the Wall Unit & color- coded springs to create varied resistance. Gain a new respect for Mat work.
*TowerStretch™An ITP exclusive! Using the Wall Unit to assist and guide you, this creative class offers an innovative approach to balancing your physique through active stretching.
Sculpt StretchGet a leaner body by improving flexibility, strength, and balance.
Jump Board30-minute class done on the Reformer using the Jumping Board. Pilates exercises performed jumping. A fun way to incorporate cardio into your workout. Get your heart rate up doing Pilates!

Our Introductory PackageA onetime offer specifically for new clients! Allows you to see a broader picture of what Pilates is all about. Includes 3 private 50 minute sessions one on one with an instructor.
Pre and Post Natal TrainingWe offer one on one trainings for pre and post-natal clients. Our instructors are certified and available for privates or classes.
