Kathy Morris

Kathy began her Pilates practice after college, where she was an All-American swimmer and team record holder at Loyola University. Post college, she was looking for an exercise discipline that would give her the long lean muscles she desired, and Pilates was the answer.

After quickly falling in love with Pilates, Kathy began teaching in Baltimore in 2005, and used teaching as a way to achieve a work-life balance from her Marketing career.

Kathy is a Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, and her approach to the discipline is one of an athlete… “how can I challenge and push my body, to become more efficient, stronger, faster and leaner.” She loves to teach Pilates Sculpt and incorporate props into her mat, Tower, and Reformer classes to challenge her students to push their bodies physically and mentally.

Kathy is happiest when she’s moving! Whether it’s training for a triathlon or marathon, or playing golf or tennis, she uses Pilates to compliment her training and improve her strength and flexibility as an athlete. So come see Kathy at Intown Pilates and let her challenge the athlete inside you!
