Our services include Private and Semi-Private lessons, classically-based Mat and Tower classes, as well as our “boutique” classes, like Pilates Sculpt, Pilates Pump and TowerStretch, exclusively at Intown Pilates.
Let us design a customized fitness program for you utilizing the various Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Trapeze Table (aka “Cadillac”), Wunda Chair, LadderBarrel, Tower and miscellaneous props.
