Jump Board Classes are 30-minute classes done on the Reformer using the Jumping Board and Pilates exercises are performed jumping. A fun way to incorporate cardio into your workout. Some props may be used during this class.
If you sign up online for any class and cannot attend, please notify us within 24 hours prior to class time to cancel. You will be charged if you do not cancel and cannot attend.
